By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Our products
Scrunchlings sells handmade hair accessories and related products.
Because our products are handmade, small variations may occur. Colours may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings, lighting and photography.
We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected products.
Your order is accepted when we confirm it and process it through our online shop.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where there is an error, stock issue, suspected fraud or other reasonable reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund you.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£).
Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Payment must be made using the payment options available at checkout.

Delivery information, costs and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy.
We aim to dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, but delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery option is expressly selected.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel, return items and request refunds are set out in our Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact hello@scrunchlings.com as soon as possible so we can help put it right.

You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, copy content without permission or use the site for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
All Scrunchlings branding, product names, images, illustrations, text and website content belong to Scrunchlings or are used with permission.
You must not copy, reproduce, sell, modify or use our content without written permission.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
We are not responsible for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, or for business losses where products are bought for personal use.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The latest version will be available on our website.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where your local consumer protection laws require otherwise.
