Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to purchases made from Scrunchlings.

Your right to cancel
If you buy from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To cancel, email us at hello@scrunchlings.com with:
- your name
- your order number
- the item or items you wish to return
- a clear statement that you wish to cancel or return your order
You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

Return condition
Returned items must be unused, unworn, clean and in a resaleable condition.
For hair accessories, this means the item must be free from hair, product marks, perfume, makeup, stains or other signs of use.
You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but if the item is returned used, damaged, marked or no longer in resaleable condition, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of return postage unless we agree otherwise.
We recommend using a tracked or proof-of-postage service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we will cover reasonable return postage or provide another suitable solution.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will usually be made to the original payment method.
For cancelled online orders, we will refund the cost of the returned item and the standard delivery charge, where applicable. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we will only refund the standard delivery amount.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please email hello@scrunchlings.com as soon as possible with:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- a clear photo, where possible
We will put this right in line with your consumer rights. This may include a replacement, repair, refund or another suitable solution.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Exceptions
Standard Scrunchlings scrunchies are returnable under the terms above.
Personalised, custom-made or made-to-order items may not be eligible for change-of-mind cancellation unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. If this applies to a product, we will make it clear on the product page before you buy.
