Dispatch times

Scrunchlings items are handmade and packed with care.

We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.

Orders are usually processed Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Delivery method and estimated delivery

We currently use: Royal Mail

Estimated delivery after dispatch is usually: 2 to 4 working days for UK delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a guaranteed delivery option is expressly selected at checkout.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you place your order.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we may ask you to pay the cost of resending it.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please email hello@scrunchlings.com and we will help investigate.

We may need to wait until the delivery provider considers the parcel lost before we can replace or refund the order.

International orders

If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services.
